How to Manage the Wellbeing During Lockdown

So many countries are implementing travel lockdown or restrictions. Our business is facing unprecedented challenges and it is likely to last for a while…. But honestly… I am heartened that more and more government worldwide are taking serious measures to limit the spread. Many of us are under tremendous stress, so am I. Allow me to share some things that I do to manage my wellbeing.

BREATH

Every time I feel that stress, I pause and take a moment to breathe. And another…….and another……… moment to breathe. Until I calm down. In my opinion, this is one of the most effective and easiest remedy to ease stress when you are at work.
