Day 1 - 4
Bologna | 3 Nights
Upon arrival, depending on the arrival time. if time permits you will enjoy the agricultural activities enjoy a day in nature. Spend time with the animals, walk around the gardens and the woods. Learn how a farmhouse runs and the season of the vegetables and fruits. According to season availability, you can pick up some ingredients directly from the garden (the availability of this product is subject to seasonality) and they will be used by the farmhouse cook to prepare a typical Bergamasco lunch, typically including cold cuts and cheese, Bergamo ravioli, meat, and season vegetables. At the end of the tour, continue to Bologna.

Twilight Food Tour
You will meet your guide in the city of Bologna. You will Learn about the history of Bologna and the reasons why Bologna holds the title of foodie capital of Italy, a unique world-wide institution where you will be able to find the greatest products of Aemilian cousine. Your guide will let you discover the best shops where tasting the specialties of the city, just as locals do. Always paired with a glass of Lambrusco wine, you will enjoy the best could cuts you can find in Italy and much more.
Parma Lowlands Experiences
Take 1,5 hours’ drive to the original of Parmigiano reggiano cheese factory. You will visit the factory, learn how Parmiggiano is made, storage and aged. Afterwards, you will the classic 12, 24 and 36 months old Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese and also tasting the cheese you will have spent around 2 hours there and continue 1 hour drive to visit you will head to a Traditional Balsamic Vinegar producer and visit the Acetaia where balsamic vinegar is aged spent around 2 hours. After the tour, tastings of the different vinegars follow. Conclude your tour, heading to a Culatello factory. Drop off your guide around Parma and transfer to your accommodation.
Day 4 - 6
Portofino | 2 Nights
You will be transferred to Portofino, en route you will stop at Medieval market that located in Bologna. At the heart of this area is the traditional market itself, lining Via Pescherie and Via Drapperie in a chaotic mishmash. Fresh fruit tumbles across table tops, gaudy trinkets sparkle beneath protective cases and eagle-eyed hawkers proclaim their wares for all to hear. It’s a place where Bologna is at its rawest, and is definitely worthy of exploration.

Farm to Table Cooking Experiences
Transfer to the amazing eco-farm, beautiful drive to Portofino Natural park. Meet the one of the farm owners as we walk through the estate’s hops plantations and olive trees, and up to its honey. The farm’s own chef will guide you through the preparation of their most famous local dish – handmade pasta with fresh presto sauce with fresh pesto sauce, easy recipe whose preparation holds centuries.
Day 6 - 9
Piedmont | 3 Nights
You will be picked up by your english speaking driver and proceed to Piedmont. Upon arrival you will have a free time for leisure.

Morning start at 09:00 in the morning owing to the moisture in the air which helps the dogs smell the exclusive and gorgeous aroma easily (duration: 2 hours)
Night start at 21:00 where it will be less noise to distract the dogs, and the soil aerates at night, allowing truffle fumes to waft up more strongly (duration: 2 hours)
Note : The truffle found during the hunting belong to the hunter but guest welcome to buy the truffle if they want.
Old Town Alba
Opening hour: Saturday, from 18:00 pm until midnight
Join the International White Truffle Fair. This day there will be Borough Baccchanal for a night and a day, Alba is transformed into a lively medieval village with hundreds of walk-on actors in costume who involve visitors in games, gags, street theatre, dancing and singing. In every corner of the city gourmet delicacies with ancient flavors are served, cooked directly on site with traditional ingredients. An unmissable moment of celebration and discovery in the narrow streets of the old town with dozens of hot and cold dishes, wine and moments of entertainment.
