Day 1 - 3

Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy your day at leisure by exploring the hotel facilities.
Welcome to Izmir
Sitting proudly astride the stunning Gulf of Izmir, the city divides into distinct areas each with its own character and ambiance. The cultural and geographical heart of the city is the Konak district, an seafront area of contrast that captures the spirit of Izmir. Konak is all about modernist architecture and wide boulevards, a great place to let the hours pass while eating, drinking, walking, talking, shopping and watching.
Clock Tower, one of the landmarks of the city, fascinates the viewers with its matchless architecture. With its beautiful profile, the tower glamorises Izmir. The tower is a sign for Izmir.
Kemeralti is a historical market (bazaar) district of İzmir. It remains one of the liveliest parts of the city. A milestone in the bazaar’s development was the building in 1592 of the Hisar Mosque (“Fortress Mosque”). This is the oldest, most significant Ottoman landmark in İzmir.
Ephesus Ancient City & Sirince Cooking Class
One of the best preserved and restored ancient city in the world, Ephesus, contains such grand public buildings as the impressive Library of Celsus, the theater with capacity of 25,000 seats, the Temple of Hadrian and the sumptuous Temple of Artemis which is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
After your excursion, you will be transferred to Sirince Village which is only a ten-minute drive from Ephesus. Sirince is a beautiful hilltop village only 12 km from Ephesus, famous for its olive oil and wine. The village is located on a mountain peak so you’ll be surrounded with scenic views over the vineyards and peach orchards.

Option 3: Pamukkale Hierapolis & Cleopatra’s Antique Pool
During your spectacular 3-hours drive from Izmir, witness some stunning views along the way, and you will arrive in Pamukkale giving you enough time to discover the limestone terraces, the ancient city of Hierapolis and the vast necropolis. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Pamukkale / Hierapolis ranks among one the world’s oldest thermal cities. The thermal water of Pamukkale has been used to heal and beautify since ancient times.
Day 4 - 6
Cappadocia | 3 Nights
This morning you will be pick up by your private transfer to Izmir Airport for your flight to Cappadocia where you will stay for 3 nights. Flight duration is around 1 hour 30 minutes.
Upon arriving in Cappadocia, another private transfer will bring you to your hotel to enjoy free time at your own leisure. (B)
Welcome to Cappadocia
The region of Cappadocia is located in the middle of a once-active volcanic area of central Anatolia. Millions of years ago three of its mountains were active volcanoes; indeed this activity persisted intermittently at least into the Neolithic period according to the prehistoric paintings.
Optionals: Hot Air Balloon in Cappadocia
These hot air balloons provide you with a unique platform from which to observe the splendour. Imagine drifting over these miraculous rock formations and rich, fertile valleys, all set against the dramatic volcanic landscape that formed Cappadocia over two million years ago.

You will start this tour by the visit of Esentepe, from where you can admire the whole valley surrounding Goreme. From here you will head to the Goreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO world heritage site, to see the complex of medieval painted cave churches carved out by orthodox monks. Pasabag, also known as Monks Valley is located on the road to Zelve, coming from Goreme. Next stop is, the town Avanos which is set on the banks of the Kizilirmak, the Red River.
Underground Cities & Traditional Villages
You’ll begin this tour with a chance to visit Kaymakli Underground City which is one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. Our next places to visit are Guvercinlik Valley (Pigeon Valley) which its name comes from the thousands of pigeon houses that have been carved into the soft tuff since ancient times. After lunch break, we will head to the old Greek town Cavusin, and end up this tour by the visit of Uc Guzeller (Three Graces) which are the brilliant three fairy chimneys located on Urgüp, district of Nevsehir.
Day 7 - 9
Istanbul | 3 Nights
Today you will transferred to the nearest airport (Kayseri or Nevsehir) to take your flight to the capital of Turkey; Istanbul for about 1 hour and 30 minutes flight.
Upon arriving in Istanbul, you will be escorted to your hotel. You may rest for tomorrow’s program or you can stroll around Taksim Square venturing small shops around.

Constantinople, the centre of the Byzantine Empire which lasted over a thousand years, later became Istanbul, the capital of the Ottoman Empire for almost 500 years. The city is a mixture of Europe and Asia, a unique urban composition. A stroll around Sultanahmet, inside the city walls, among mosques, museums and the Great Bazaar is a trip through both history and daily life.
Hagia Sophia By Night
After all of the crowds have disappeared and the museum has been closed for the evening, the Hagia Sophia will be reopened especially for you!
Today you will start the tour from the Sultanahmet Square which is the old historic quarter of Istanbul and here you will find some of the most significant historic monuments of Istanbul. A good place to start your visit of the Sultanahmet is the Hippodrome which was once the center of public life in Constantinople. Blue Mosque (called Sultanahmet Camii in Turkish) is an historical mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is known as the Blue Mosque because of blue tiles surrounding the walls of interior design.The opulent Topkapi Palace, located on the historic peninsula, overlooks both the Marmara Sea and the Bosphorus.
